Tatiana Vixen Reyes is a Mexican-Filipino American author and openly transgender woman whose work celebrates sexuality, identity, and imagination without apology. After taking early retirement from federal civil service, she turned fully toward her lifelong passion for writing, blending sensuality, intellect, and bold creativity.
Holding a Master of Arts degree in Anthropology, Tatiana draws on her understanding of culture and human experience to craft stories that are both daring and deeply human. She is the creator of the erotic novella series She Came to the Glass Heel—a year-long tapestry of love, desire, and discovery set in Chicago’s most decadent nightclub—and the architect of the Érōsikúsō Campaign Setting, an expansive, adult-oriented world for tabletop roleplaying games.
Her creativity is fueled by a lifelong love of comic books, romance novels, and fantasy worlds, as well as an enduring passion for science fiction movies. Based in Chicago, Tatiana shares her home with her cat, who faithfully “helps” with her writing by keeping her company—and often her keyboard—during long hours at the desk. Her love of tabletop roleplaying games and her feline companion both add playfulness and intimacy to her creative process.
Through Velvet Orchid Press, Tatiana publishes works that embrace authenticity, challenge boundaries, and celebrate the beauty of desire in all its forms.
